Commercial Staff are responsible for delivering reports to the client on a regular basis. The timeliness and accuracy of these reports is extremely important to ensuring that the client pays for work done.

Commercial Staff can now attend weekly meetings with clients with a Weekly Site Report in hand from WorksLink that details what has been happening on site for the previous week.

Commercial Staff are also responsible for managing contract variation work. Managing the costs associated with contract variation work is very important to maintaining a good relationship with the client.
