Standard Forms


View Form

 

1. To sort by a column, click the column header. To reverse the sorting, click the column header a second time.

2. To undo all sorting right click on any record in the View Form and click Undo Sorting.

3. To view or edit details realted to a record, double click on that record. Alternatively you can right click on the record and choose Edit. This will bring up the Edit Form for that record.

4. To add a new record, click New

5. To export a currently filtered set of records to Excel, click Export. Several seconds later a form with a link to the file will appear. It is generally recommended that you save the file to your local hard disk.

6. To view the history of a record, select that record in the View Form and then click History.
